We had a home in the Sharpe School area of Paducah.  After Sarah and I got jobs out of the area we needed to sell our home.

We first used the original real-estate agent we used when we purchased the house.  After several months the house was not sold and we found that most of the people looking at the house were there with other agents.  We then used another agent we knew, with similar results.  The picture of the front of the house on their web site were so bad you could not tell what the house looked like.

We then talked with a neighbor and she recommended Jennifer.  We found that Jennifer had been showing the house, for a year, even more times than our own agents were showing the house.  Jennifer had more open houses and better pictures of the house and property than the other agents.  I am sure that her hard work for us is what helped sell the house.

She is very hard working for the people who come to her for professional help.

At this point in time, Jerry is thinking that the house on Wellington might require more maintenance than he is up to and I think the sump pump situation had him a bit worried too.  But it is not totally crossed off our list and we will also keep looking at other options.  So you'll probably be hearing from us again!

Thank you for all your help sorry we did not go threw with buying threw you, god works many different ways in our life and he layed a plan out and it was for the best. But we will no longer be looking we are finally in our house, we have completely remolded the whole inside and fixing to start on the outside. We have our own living space in the basement with three bedrooms, living room, utility and a bathroom, then upstairs is our guest room trevor and the soon to be little girl's play room and my grandpa's room, living room, kitchen dining room, bathroom and utility. Both my husband and I got jobs out of town and started them in the Spring of 2004. We listed our house
with a Realtor in March. In the ninety days that Realtor had the house listed, only four people looked
at it. After the first month, the Realtor told us it was overpriced when it had been priced at her
recommendation.

After that contract expired, we had the relocation company contact Jennifer as our neighbors had spoken
highly of her when she sold their house. She had her market analysis done the next day, put up signs the
day we signed the contract.

She gave us an honest opinion on a reasonable asking price, close to what our first Realtor said at the end.
Within days of signing with her, she had the house in flyers, home catalogs, mailings, the web, newspapers,
and scheduled an open house. She also gave us frank advice on changes we should make to the house to increase
our chances of selling. In the next three weeks, she showed the house to 11 people, two repeats. One of those
made an offer and she guided us to a compromise that pleased both parties.

After the accepted offer, she continued to assist in arranging the movers pre-move visit, a home inspection,
and resolving issues found in the inspection.

Prior to this home selling experience, we thought all Realtors were the same and, quite frankly, did nothing
but place a few advertisements. We now know honesty, hard-work, and frankness such as Jennifer has are
qualities that make one Realtor stand above others. We recommend anyone use her to buy or sell a house.

I just wanted to thank you for all of your help in finding us a cabin at
the lake. I know that we had some specific requirements, and not much of
a budget to spend on what we wanted. You spent many afternoons with me up
at the lake trying to find a place that had the right kind of feel, with room
for the boat, at a price that we could afford. For a while, it didn't
seem like it was possible to even find such a property, but you encouraged me
not to settle on something that wasn't right and keep looking. You ran
searches and even set me up with automatic emails of either new listings
or reduced prices.

Finally, the perfect weekend getaway popped up and even had the price
reduced!!! We drove by it and you met us out there that same evening to
write our offer. I truly believe that is what helped us get the cabin,
because a few days later, another buyer tried to make another offer. If
we had not acted immediately, we would have lost the property to someone
else!

It is ours, now, thanks to your help and we are looking forward to many
summer weekends spent at the lake. You will have to come see it once I
get it looking cute and we'll even take you out on the boat!
