My wife and I first met Mrs. Jennifer Palmer in the fall of 2010 while looking to buy a new house in Benton KY. She met us at the property incredibly prepared to answer any questions we might have, including six months of utility bills, and schools in the area. Even though we did not buy that particular house, we were so impressed with Mrs. Palmer’s preparedness that we maintained that relationship through 9months and at least a dozen properties until we finally found our dream home in Mayfield KY. I just wanted to thank you for all of your help in finding us a cabin at
the lake. I know that we had some specific requirements, and not much of
a budget to spend on what we wanted. You spent many afternoons with me up
at the lake trying to find a place that had the right kind of feel, with room
for the boat, at a price that we could afford. For a while, it didn't
seem like it was possible to even find such a property, but you encouraged me

Finally, the perfect weekend getaway popped up and even had the price
reduced!!! We drove by it and you met us out there that same evening to
write our offer. I truly believe that is what helped us get the cabin,
because a few days later, another buyer tried to make another offer. If
we had not acted immediately, we would have lost the property to someone
else!

It is ours, now, thanks to your help and we are looking forward to many
summer weekends spent at the lake. You will have to come see it once I
get it looking cute and we'll even take you out on the boat!

house on their own or might be listing with her day (don't know his name) who is an agent. Anyway,
